I am Canadian but spend about 6-months of the year traveling to lead retreats, yoga workshops and teacher trainings abroad. Sometimes my journeys are exploratory trips to find the next epic spot to bring people to!
Often I visit little known places, yoga retreat centers that are yet to be discovered and off-the-beaten path itineraries.
Here I share tips, secret locations, and my favourite experiences and adventures abroad.
